"If I could give this place Zero Stars I would!! My car was totaled out in July and they never bothered to send an insurance adjuster, They went on a one side of police report and a 3 second video, And then when I asked what I needed to do with my vehicle if it was totaled or what was going on the lady on the phone said" oh I guess you can total it if you want" They were completely unhelpful through the entire process of my insurance claim. Come to find out there was an eye witness to the wreck and sure enough just like I tried to tell them the lady flew through the stop sign and totaled my car out. But seeing as how we live in a small town in this man literally runs the insurance for not only State Farm but every other insurance provider he took a look at the damage to both vehicles, realized that mine was going to be more ,and decide in The favor of the one that caused the wreck !!! So mine and my children's life has been completely ruined since July and this lady gets cut a check for being on her cell phone while she's driving!!! Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you this is small town politics in the play!!!"
